He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Osborne and Thelma Osborne (Brown); and his sister Bernadine. He is survived by: his son Bernard Jr. of Saint John; his brother Gary (Lorraine) of Saint John; and his close friend Dawn London (Troy) of Public Landing. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
