Bernd touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Bernd’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He is survived by: his wife Gonda Lorber; his sons, Michael, J. Lorber (Susan) and Sean; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Marissa, Liam, Sarah and Mikaela.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home Reception Centre (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
