We announce the death of Brian Hersey (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 63. Brian will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Bernadette Hersey (Clancy); his father-in-law Arthur (Elsie Abbott); his uncle Les; his cousin Allan Squire; and his brother-in-law Thomas Ridgley (Rose Marie).
He is survived by: his father Bradford Hersey; his wife Darlene Hersey (Abbott); his brother David Hersey (Verna); his niece Angela Craft (Andrew); his great-nieces, Lily, Eve, Julia and Audrey (Brian); his cousin Patti Squire; his close friends, Johnnie Spence, Dooley Thompson, Greg Barry, Cathy, Wayne Anderson, Mike Arsenault, Susan Pridham, Robert, Nicole Knox and Max Sentner; his pet Micky; his brother-in-law Doug MacLean; and his niece Lori MacLean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins; brothers and sisters-in-law.
