She was predeceased by: her father Frederick Ferris; and her brother-in-law Mike Harnish. She is survived by: her mother Melvine Ferris (Harquail); her grandson Jayden; her son David Ferris (Dawn) of Garnett Settlement; her siblings, Jimmy Ferris (Dorothy) of Kitchener, ON., Brian Ferris (Pam) of Saint John, George Ferris (Barb) of Newcastle, Cindy Valliant of Willow Grove and Brenda Thomas (late Mike) of Willow Grove; her granddaughter Olivia; and her close friend Gilbert Janes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, SPCA-Animal Rescue or to the charity of the donor's choice.
