He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Bartlett and Gertrude O'Neil; his stepfather Oscar O'Neil of Lorneville, N. B.; his siblings, Gertrude Thibodeau of Mississauga, Doreen Dunphy of Saint John, Stanley Bartlett, Irvine Bartlett of Hampton, NB and Alfred Bartlett of Fergus; and his great grandchild Ada Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Bartlett; his children, Angels (Connie Bartlett), Caroline Doubt (John) of Saint John, N. B, Debbie Lindsay (Chuck) of Oak Point, N. B., Doug of Grand Bay and Frank (Sandra) of Quispamsis, N. B.; his granddaughter Stephanie Lindsay Cochrane (Mitch); his great grandchild Seth of Oak Point, N. B; his grandchildren, Madeline McLeod (Alberta) of Calgary, Jesse Bartlett of Edmonton Alberta and Amber Bartlett Wade (Rob Noel); and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Wade of Sussex, Audrey Wade of Sussex and Iris Noel of Sussex. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations in Charlie's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
