He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Homer" and Lauretta Moyer (Goudreau); and his wife Wanda Moyer (Bennett). He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri Neilson (Tim), Cindy Moyer (Bob Arseneault) and Laurie Moyer; his siblings, Jimmy Moyer (Yvonne), Gail Hall, Wendy Taylor (Bert), Susan McBeath (Bill) and Lauretta Harris (Bing); and his grandchildren, Joseph Neilson, Haley Neilson and Alex Arseneault. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made towards the SPCA or to the charity of the donor's choice.
