He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stackhouse and Irene Ella Mae "Rena" Stackhouse (Allen); his son Andrew; his brother Allen Stackhouse; and his sister-in-law Valerie Stackhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Stackhouse (MacGregor); his children, Kandi Cowan (Dave) of Ottawa, ON, Judi Chandler of Rothesay, NB, Jeff Stackhouse (Kerry) of Hampton, NB and Kris Stackhouse (Krista) of Cavendish, PEI.; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Melissa (Alejandro), Nicole (Garvin), Justin, Allie, Kyle (Alyssa), Collin (Michaela), Brittany (Patrick), Jarod and Taylor (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Declan, Emerson, Vera, Kelton, Alex, Milo, Luna, Ziah, Sutton and Piper; his brother Russell Stackhouse of Millvale, PE; his sister-in-law Margie Stackhouse of Hampton, NB; and his pet Lucky.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
