He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Peters and Bonnie Peters (Brennan); his grandparents, Crum, Eileen Brennan, Joseph and Doris Peters; his uncles, Lester and Glen; and his aunt Valerie.

He is survived by: his partner Shelly Bradley; his partner's children, Lucian of Whitehorse, Yukon and Ariana of Whitehorse, Yukon; his daughters, Mercedes Peters of Halifax, NS and Bronwyn Peters (Brock) of Saint John, NB; his brothers, Mark Peters (Jessica) of Saint John and Glen Peters (Andrea) of Saint John; his nieces and nephews, Odessa (Taylen), Alina, Aubrey, Drew (Becky), Carter and Damien; his great-nephews, Hunter and Archer; his aunts and uncles, Ronald, Sue Peters of Saint John, Jean Paradis of Nova Scotia, Shirley of Nova Scotia, Peter Clarke of Nova Scotia, Loretta of Nova Scotia, Bryce Foster of Nova Scotia, Marilyn of Nova Scotia, Richard Perkins of Nova Scotia, Lorraine of Nova Scotia, Tom Whitman of Nova Scotia, Ken Copeland of Nova Scotia, Larry of Nova Scotia, Terry Peters of Nova Scotia, Woody Peters of Nova Scotia, Sidney of Nova Scotia and Darlene Peters of Nova Scotia; and his close friend Doug Deering. He is also survived by several cousins, co-workers and friends.
