She was predeceased by: her husband John "Eric" Lockhart; her parents, William Purcell and Emma Purcell (McIntyre); her daughter-in-law Judy Lockhart (McCormick); her grandson Jonathan Rooney; and her siblings, Audrey Paisley, Pauline Linton, Phyllis Clarke, Edwin Purcell, Raymond Purcell, Clarence "Ted" Purcell, Charles Purcell, Robert "Bob" Purcell and Burton Purcell.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Lockhart (Faye), Jack Lockhart (Beverly) and Wendy Norman (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jennifer, Geoffrey, Rebecca, Matthew, Justin and Jessica. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB (634-7425) Due to the restrictions of the ongoing pandemic, a private funeral service will be held for immediate family only.
