He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Casey and Irene Casey (Burke); his brother Doug; his nephew Chad; Jarvis and Margaret Peters.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Casey (Peters); his sons, Peter (Brittany), Andrew (Natalie) and Sean (Kate); his grandchildren, Allison (Jesse), Anderson, Audrey, Abigail, Evelyn, David and Ella; his siblings, Devota (Gary), Darlene (Robert), Dale (Paula), Dorothy (Tim), Doreen (Chris) and Dolores; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie and Eunice. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
