He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Furlong and Edward Furlong; and his siblings, Beatrice, Kathleen and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Donna Bettle (Philip) and Diana Whipple (Grayden); his grandchildren, Krista Nelson (Scott), Andrew Bettle (Michelle), Jaclyn Lo (Stephen) and Keith Whipple (Mallory); and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Carter, Rhett, Lauren, Harper, Evan and Josie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
