He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Vicars and Susan Vicars (Picco); his siblings, Cecil, Ronny, Billy, Jimmy, Brian, Maureen Creamer and Betty Barry; and his great grandchild Michael Doucette.
He is survived by: his wife Alice (Fournier); his children, David (Diane), Terry (Christina), Verna Vicars-Martin, Jacqueline Vicars and RoseEllen Vicars; his sisters-in-law, Mary and Jeannie; his grandchildren, Matthew, Krista, Samantha, Kathleen, Daniel, Jennifer, Lynn, Peter, Jeremy, Natalie and Corrina; and his great grandchildren, Casey, Ashley, Ryan, Lilly, Sadie, Gwen and Gerald.
