He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Katherine (Parks) and Richard Thomas McGuire III; his siblings, Ronnie, Sammy, Barbara (Pitt) and Elizabeth Wade (late Richard); and his nephews, Michael Porter (Cheryl) and Paul Pitt.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Shelley Dickens; his grandsons, Joshua Dickens (Lindsay), Jordan Dickens (Victoria), Alex Dickens and Nathan Dickens (Mercedes); his great grandchildren, Charlie, River, Abby and Maddie; his nieces, Claire Porter, Tanya Pitt and Cathy Walton (late Eddie); his nephew Steven Porter (Susan); his brother Richard "Dickie" (Lynn); his close friends, Bobby Comeau (Clark) and Bill W's; and his friends, Gary Arsenault, Kenny Innis, Richard Deshenes, Leonard Daigle, Gerry Pow, Joe Cheverie, Paul Roy, Harvey Arbeau and Sky. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brenan's Paradise Row Funeral Home (111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB E2K3H6). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel (111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB E2K3H6).
