She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Toner and Ronald Toner; and her sister Patricia Moore-Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her sons, Ronald (Janet) and Jason; her grandchildren, Isabelle, Isaac, Hailey, Bret, Tiara, Junior, Finley and Ezra; her siblings-in-law, Wayne (late Christina), Judy (Stan) and Mike; and her nieces and nephews, Vicki Moore-Scoville (Wayne), Laura Moore-Simpson (late Trent), Wally Moore (Julie), Keira, Jason, Steven and Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local animal shelter in Debbie's memory.
