He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Gaidamasciuk and William Gaidamasciuk; his siblings, Tony (Joyce) and Anna; and his nephew Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Ann (Sanford); his sons, Ron Sanford, Randy Sanford (Karen) and Darren Sanford; his grandchildren, Brett, Tyler (Courtney), Derek (Youngjin), Kristen (Nick), Matthew (Caroline) and Joesph (Ty); his great grandchildren, Logan, Luc, Lily, Brayden, Hudson, Lennox, Kai, Noah and Thomas; his nephew Billy Belding (Kathy); his niece Cindy; and his caregivers, Sarah, John, Kim, May and Dennis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fundy Chapel (730 McLeod Ave, Fredericton, NB E3B1V5).
