She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Mickey" Pothier and Mary Pothier (Brush); her former husband William O'Connor; and her brothers, Raymond Pothier and Harry Pothier.

She is survived by: her husband Emery Richard; her son Joel O'Connor (Sal Merani-O'Connor); her stepdaughter Stefanie Richard (Jesse Wilson); her granddaughter Soraya O'Connor; and her sisters, Ramona Johnson (Calvin) and Darlene Hadland (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
