She is survived by: her mother Edith Lemoine (George); her husband Gerard Barter; her children, Gerald Barter (Ashley) and Miranda Owen (Greg); her siblings, Clarence Lemoine, Clara Campbell (Kay), Darlene Black and Brenda Lemoine; her grandchildren, Alicia Barter, Kourtnay Barter, Tyson Owen, Kori Owen and Kayden Barter; and her great grandchild Dean Owen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
