She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Smythe and Jean Smythe (Marsh); her former husband Roy O'Keefe; her son Michael O'Keefe (Robert O'Keefe); and her siblings, Donald Smythe (late Irene) and Lorraine Isbill (Herb).

She is survived by: her sister Linda Quinn (John); her husband Ed Tracy; her children, Catherine Floyd (Kim), Ellen Fleming (Mike), Pamela O'Brien (Mike) and John O'Keefe (Lori); her daughter-in-law Christine O'Keefe; her sisters-in-law, Mary O'Keefe (late Bev), Valerie Morand (late Michael) and Evelyn Watters (late Paul); her stepchildren, Donald Tracy, Joanne Tracy, Cathy Tracy and Carol Ramsay; her grandchildren, Keith Floyd (Lyndsay), Kevin Floyd (Shaunacy), Melissa Martin (late Brad), Andrew Fleming (Lauren), Thomas Fleming, Megan Cote (Jeff), Thomas O'Brien (Amy), Sean O'Keefe, Shannon O'Keefe and Kathleen O'Keefe; and her stepgrandchildren, Greg Tracy (Cheryl), Susan Garrett, Tracy Nelson (Kirk), Spencer Martin (Brittany), Nancy Turnbull (John), Sandra Tracy, Janet Tracy (Dan Dawson) and Bill Tracy. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
