It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Dunn (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Dorothy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Dorothy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edith MacKenzie and John MacKenzie; her children, Brenda (Lois) and Ronald (Audrey); her grandson Thomas (Ellen); her great grandchild Mirielle; her brother Avard MacKenzie (late Theresa); and her sibling's children, Avard (Mary) and Dorothy (George).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
The family will receive visitors from 11 till 12 p.m. Those wishing to honour Dorothy's memory, may do so by making a donation to The Salvation Army, Saint John, or a charity of one's choice.
