It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Hazen Carter (Saint John, New Brunswick), born in Fredericton Junction, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Carter and Geraldine Carter. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Carter of Joseph's Hospital; his children, Tammy Daigneault (late Floren), Tania Arsenault (Kevin) and Stacey Carter; his brother Andy Carter; and his grandchildren, Justina, Cody, Dylan, Jordan, Kevin, Matthew, Robbie and Amanda.
