He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Briggs and Lois Briggs (Humphrey); his brother George; and his pets, Slugger and Chevy.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Briggs (Golding); his children, Stephanie Englehart (Brad Merrett), Tiffany Floyd (Joey), Cameron Briggs (Courtney Muenster) and Robert Englehart (Michelle); his grandchildren, Sheldon, Mya, Ava, Allie, Sara, Blake, Grace "Dolly" and Mason; his siblings, Margaret Bennett (Brad) and Hillis Briggs; and his nephews, Jerrod and Shawn Briggs.
