He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Lowney and Carol Nickerson; and his daughter Christian Harvey. He is survived by: his children, David Harvey and Skye Harvey; the mother of his children Cheryl Harvey; his siblings, Tammy Lowney (Douglas Robertson) and Shane Lowney; and his friend Gary. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
