He is survived by: his parents, Mark Pellerin and Christina Pellerin (Cole); his sister Katie Pellerin (Brayden); his grandparents, Tressa Dean (Christopher) and Keith Cole (June); his great-grandparent June Brewer (Tony); his aunt Connie Quinn (Peter); his great-uncles and great-aunts, Cora Morrison (Gaston), Connie Knox (Stuart), Sheila Poitras, Cameron Cole and George Poitras; his grandmother Emilie Pellerin; his uncle Fabian; and his aunt Lori Pellerin. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Dylan's mommy and daddy have asked in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to Lion's Sick Children Fund or the IWK be made in his memory.
