It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Fraser Waugh Jr. of Saint John, New Brunswick, born in Bristol, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 12, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Debby Whalen; his mother Betty Coston; his siblings-in-law, Leon McIntosh Sr., Ken Whalen and Carol Legere; and his nephew Lonnie McIntosh.

He is survived by : his father Earl Waugh Sr. of Springfield; his stepmother Barb Waugh; his siblings, Ola McIntosh of St. Albert, AB, Wanda Windle (Roy) of Edmonton, AB, Aubrey Waugh (Linda) of Temperance Vale, Audrey Evans (Ron) of Oliver, BC, Cindy Dickinson of Woodstock, John Waugh (Lori) of Pennfield, Randy Waugh (Heather) of Sussex, Jamie Waugh of Saint John, Mae Carrier (Joe) of Pennfield, Beth Christie (Ronald) of Southampton and David Waugh of Quispamsis; and his siblings-in-law, Dianne Kirkpatrick (Ken) and Brian Whalen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Guests are asked to enter the building by using the courtyard entrance, where staff will greet and assist you with COVID-19 protocol.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances made to the living memorial (to help with funeral expenses) would be appreciated by the family.
