He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Best; his daughters, Jodi Rigby (Cory Dick), Jennifer Rigby (James Moffatt), Kim Rigby and Wendy Rigby; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kaylee, Shaylin, Brianna, Steven and Jimmy; and his siblings, Richard, Sandy, Susan and Jane. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
