He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jacques and Gertrude Jacques (Lyon); his daughter Lucinda; and his granddaughter Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan and Trudy; and his siblings, Kim Jacques, Laura Patterson (Malcolm), Susan Jacques (Phil Thompson), Donna Jacques and John Jacques (Sharon). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Edward's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
