She was predeceased by: her husband Glendon Raymond Higgins; her parents, Thomas L. Cole and Rena A. Cole (Northrup); her siblings, Thomas Cole and Norman Cole; and her sisters-in-law, Valerie Cole and Eleanor Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Anne (Don Soucy), Brian (Caroline) and John (Virginia); her grandchildren, Sean, Colin, Chris, Brianna, Jessica, Jonathan, Matthew and Laura; her great grandchildren, Annalise, Van, Quinn, Jaxon, Maddison, Olivia, Jasmine, Saffron, Leo, Anna, Joshua, Levi, Ruth and Joni; and her brothers, Brendan Cole and Gary Cole.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen's memory can be made to Bobby's Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
