He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgil McLean and Adline McLean (Clarke). He is survived by: his wife Michelle (Scott); his stepdaughters, Reihanne Rosien (Simon) and Mikayla Scott; his children, Emile Jr., Peter, Jermaine, Lisa and Vanessa; his siblings, Daniel (Julie), Joan (Orville) and Carol; and his grandchildren, Zariah, Mikayla and Justin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
