He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Fowler and Helen Fowler; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his sons, Adam (Jen) and Douglas; his brother Beverly (Betty); and his grandchildren, Ben, Zach, Leah, Lucas, Abel, Jeremiah and Owen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
