She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Catherine Waters (Johnson) and John Allan Waters; and her sister Ethel Elizabeth Ann Waters. She is survived by: her husband Frank MacDonald; her children, Geoffrey H. MacDonald (Leigh Ann) of Quispamsis, Gail Ann Coleman (Peter) of Saint John and Jennifer L. Gardner (Eric) of Quispamsis; her siblings, Janet Gillis and Melvin Waters (Theresa) of Whycocomagh; her grandsons, Nathan Coleman, Jacob MacDonald, Daniel Gardner and William Gardner; and her stepgrandson Ryan Gardner of Fredericton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Parish, 316 Somerset Street, Saint John, New Brunswick on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 1:00 PM with strict Covid-19 protocols being in place.
Donations may be made to Bobby's Hospice, the SPCA, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
