It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Horgan (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Horgan to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, S. Roy Kelly and Gertrude Kelly (Cullinan); her children, Elizabeth, Susanne (Don), Stephen (Christianne), Mary-Therese (Rick) and Kevin (Christine); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Justin), Emily, Katie, Meagan and Ben; her sisters, Joanne Connolly, Colleen Hoyt, Susan Malone (Thomas) and Patricia Coughlan (Richard); her siblings-in-law, Janice Bryan (Gerald) and Gerald Horgan (Roberta); her husband Gregory Horgan; and her daughter Catherine Mary Ellen. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a family graveside service will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery and a celebration of Frances' life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers and for those who wish, donations may be made to Romero House, Bobby's Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
