He was predeceased by: his mother Cecile Myers (Gobiel); his wife Beverly Myers (Chapman); and his siblings, Mary Heggtveit (Gib), Preston and Stephen (Lisa).

He is survived by: his father Lloyd Myers; his children, Victoria McGuire (Mark), William'Billy' (Nancy Bonilla), Mary (Lisa Gingrich) and Craig (Emily McDonald); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Charlie, Connor and Milow; and his sister Irene McGuire (late David).
