He was predeceased by: his father William "Billy" Nice; his grandparents, Frank (Tunna), Phyllis Silliphant (London), Ralph and Beatrice Nice (Elliott); and his parents-in-law, Dale and Mae Corcoran (Clements).

He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee Nice; his children, Meagan Cunningham (Mike) and Bradley; his grandchildren, Maddox, Maclean and Manning; his mother Carol Nice (Silliphant); his brothers, Dwayne (Linda), Rick (Jennifer) and Chris (Angie); his parents-in-law, Tony, Rick, Troy Corcoran and Lynn Gallagher (Troy); his nieces and nephews, Jenna, Julie, Kyle, Katelyn, Noel, Wyatt, Shelley, Natasha, Dylan and Cody; his aunts and uncles, Verna Hooper, Joan Meating, Fred Nice (Shirley), Frank Nice (Sharron), David Silliphant (Diane) and Sharon (Gary); his friend Rick Fulton (Bliss); and his close friend Scotty Lisson. He is also survived by great aunts and uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to Bobby's Hospice, Kidney Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
