He is survived by: his children, Kim Remete (Mark) and Todd Remete (Abby); his grandsons, Nicholas Remete and Daniel Skidd; his siblings, Vic Remete (France) of Montreal, QC, Esther Erkel of Zürich, Switzerland and Marina McDougall of Toronto, ON; his sister-in-law Heather Bennett (Gary); his siblings' children, Francoes Remete and Lauren Bennett; and his friend Onorio Rossetto.
