He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bennett and Mary Bennett (Lizotte); and his brothers, Gordon, David and James.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bennett (Graham); his daughter Francine Ervin (Joseph); his granddaughters, Allison (Joe Kinnear) and Jessica; and his brother John Bennett (Donna).
