He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Garnett and Dorothy Pearl Garnett (Quinn); and his siblings, Norman, Nancy, Fern and Susan.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Garnett of Ontario and Cindy Bennett of Union Mills, NC; his brother-in-law Edmond Daigle; and his siblings, David and Beth of Saint John, NB.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
