He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Marks and Marion Marks; and his son Stephen Marks. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Wanda Richard, Heather Cole (Kevin) and Greg Marks (Nicole); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Cole (Jay), Jessica Cole (James), Jaymie Marks, Sarah Patterson (Colby), Jeff Richard, Jocelyn Richard (Colin) and Ryan Marks (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Kylie, Mariah, Alyssa and Chloe Ray; and his sisters, Diane Marks, Judy Allen (Ken) and Linda Clemets (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
