He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Defazio and Madeline Mary Defazio; his wife Margaret Defazio (Cook); his siblings, Jessie, Dougie, Daniel, Gerald, Ernest, Raymond and Nicky Defazio; and his children-in-law, Bob Webb, Arthur Thibodeau and Laurie Defazio.
He is survived by: his children, Harold (Sandra), Gordon (Kathy), Derek, Heather Thibodeau of Saint John, Marlene Ogden (Duane) of Saint John and Tanya Depres (Rick) of Saint John; his siblings, Kenny (Sherry), Gary, Shirley Lester, Linda Defazio, Laura Michaud (Claud) and Madeline Boudreau (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, John Cook (Louise), Peggy Defazio and Carol Defazio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends.
