Gordon Tays Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Tays of Saint John, New Brunswick, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gordon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gordon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his son Alec Tays; his parents, Glenna Tays and Gordon Tays; Pauline Morin. He is survived by: his grandson William Tays; and his brothers, Greg Tays (Natalie), Brad Tays (Nang), Scott Tays (Shannon) and Kent Tays (Abbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Autism Canada in Gordie's memory are gratefully accepted.
