We bid farewell to Gwen Carmichael (Saint John, New Brunswick), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 10, 2025 at the age of 65. Gwen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Williston; and her son Richard Cole. She is survived by: her mother Jessie Williston (Smith); her daughters, Tara Williston (Guy) and Gina Carmichael (Steve); her brothers, Darrell Williston (Debbie) and Dwayne Williston (Anne); her grandchildren, Morgan (Stavros), Dreaden, Andrea, Knolan, Kingston, Briar and Olivia (Troy Brigley); and her uncles, Dave Williston (Sandra) and Sydney Smith (Wanda). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews, and her great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
