He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dallon and Hattie Dallon (Daley); his wife Myrtle E. Dallon (Hopey); and his siblings, Kenneth, Robert, Cecil, Bertram, Roy, Thelma and Lois.

He is survived by: his sons, Hal and Eric of Saint John; and his siblings-in-law, Leslie Hopey (Carol) of Saint John, Mary Hopey of Miramichi and Carol Dallon of Gardiners Creek. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in memory of Harold may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice.
