He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Foster Cooper and Olive Cooper (Armstrong). He is survived by: his wife Joan Cooper (Lacey); his children, Terry Cooper (Valerie Allaby) and Shelley Shillington (Bruce); his grandsons, Johnny and Jake; his stepgrandchildren, Justin and Jessica; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Victoria, Jaxon, Zachary (Wheels), Sophia, Jocelyn and Aria; his siblings, Burton Cooper (Joanne), John Cooper (Patricia), Grace Hasson, Madeline Cooper and Edna Watson (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Hand (Frank), Lloyd Lacey and Blair Lacey (Marsha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3).
