It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Brideau (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Breen (Cormier) and Mark Breen; and her siblings, Jim, Joe, Tom, Mary, Arthur, Theresa, Vera, Tina, Mark and Harold.
She is survived by: her husband Tom (Babe); her children, Margaret Forbrigger (Blair), Theresa Brideau and John Brideau (Michelle); her grandchildren, Shane (Sarah), Cameron (Catherine), Josh, Abby (Matt) and Erin; her great grandchild Charlotte; and her sisters, Jean Osborne and Margaret Cross.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help (31 Gondola Point Rd, Rothesay, NB E2E5J8). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (31 Gondola Point Rd, Rothesay, NB E2E5J8).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Canada would be appreciated by the family.
