He was predeceased by: his parent Eddie Desjardins. He is survived by: his wife Valerie (Gifford); his sons, Peter Desjardins (Roxann) and Robert Desjardins (Terri); his siblings, Rene Desjardins (Jocelyne), Sylvo Desjardins (Julienne) and Lèola Fortin; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Tyler, Hannah and Rosie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
