He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross and Marion (Estey); and his brothers, Richard (Charlotte) and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Smalley); his children, Johanna (Eric Martin) and Jason; his grandchildren, Jeremy Martin, Colby Burnham and Bria Burnham; and his siblings, Raymond (Jeanne) and Carolyn (Lorie Demmings). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
