He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hutton and Lottie Hutton (Loggie); and his siblings, Bill Hutton (Jan), Barbara Hutton and Bob Hutton.

He is survived by: his wife Linda (Miller); his sons, Peter, Andrew (Lisa) and David; his grandchildren, Carter Hutton, Michael Hutton and Évelyne Spinney-Hutton; his sister-in-law Judy Hutton; and his close friend Ivan Ho. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint David's United Church (7 Gondola Point Rd, Rothesay, NB E2E5J6).

For those who wish, donations in Jim's memory can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
