She was predeceased by: her husband James Howlett; her parents, Joseph Lowney and Irene Lowney; and her siblings, Barbara Scoville (Ronald), Frank, Joe and Graham.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Stafford and Joan Woods; her grandson Austin Woods; and her sisters, Diane Diehl (Stanley) and Donna Borden (William). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
