It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Saunders (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Fraser and Alida Fraser (Guimond); her husband Garey Stuart Saunders; and her sister Dawn Phillis Masten. She is survived by: her children, Trish Saunders of Rothesay, Lynn Saunders (Michel Huard) of Bathurst and Randall Saunders of Saint John; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Kyle, Dylan, Jessica, Kaylee, Kristopher, Brayden, Owen, Damien, Jaxson and Lilah.
Due to COVID-19 health measures placed on indoor gatherings, all those 12 and older attending visitation and service will be required to show proof of vaccination and a piece of government issued ID.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards the SPCA or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
