She is survived by: her children, Glen Jr. (Paula), Kim Theall, Mark, Susan Graham (Tom), Wendy McAdam (Craig), Shelley Worden (Steve), Joan Theall and Scott; her grandchildren, Melissa, Glen, Josh, Shanna, Sarah, Adam, Scott, Amber, Joey, Steve, Lori, Paige, Shane, Chad and Austin; her siblings, Dave Blizzard (Deanne), John, Wayne (Pam), Betty Anne Lamb, Jean Little (Ralph), Gertrude Robert (Chris) and Barb Koks; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Blizzard and Norma Blizzard; her sisters, Mildred, Doreen, Nancy Mowery (Doug) and Mary; her siblings-in-law, Laughlin Lamb, Bill Koks, Linda, Sylvia McKiel (Bill) and Dorothy Bustin (Sterling); her parents-in-law, Edgar Theall and Ruby; and her caregivers, Rhonda, Eileen, Patricia, Shelley, Karen, Dr. Daniel Scott, Corey and Jen.
