We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Norman Gerald Réal Deschenes (Saint John, New Brunswick). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Deschenes and Yvonne Deschenes (Therrien); and his siblings, Cecilie, Medley, Normand and Reggie.

He is survived by: his children, Reg Deschenes (Carrie) and Paul Deschenes; his siblings, Roger Deschenes, Yves Deschenes (Rena), Doreen Violette of Ontario, Anita Deschenes (Ron) of Connecticut, Therésa Deschenes and Irma Deschenes (Piérre); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan, Jeremy, Jacob Deschenes (Kalyssa), Krista Deschenes (Rob), Martin Morin, Donald Melanson and Alvin Hebert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions a Private Family Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Holy Spirit Parish (St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church).

In lieu of flowers donations in Réal's memory can be made to Parkinson Canada.
